1.) Push ups. These can burn calories like no other and are a great exercise for losing weight. If you want to get great results and build upper body strength you should give 4 sets of 20 a shot, or at least try to gradually work up to that amount.
2.) Crunches. While crunches won’t give you the abs you want just by doing a few sets a day, they will help burn lots of calories. Try doing 3 sets of 20 or gradually work up to this amount.
3.) Jogging. This is by far the best calorie burner and you can burn hundreds of calories just going around your block a few times. The cool thing about jogging is that the more you do it, the better your body gets at burning through fat as it increases your metabolism. Try it out!
